This Plug allows fluid to by-pass through the side ports, when running in the well. Once Plug is locked in a “F” type profile, pressure can be held in either direction. After well has been repaired or tested, Plug can be equalized and pulled with standard wireline tools.
While running, the optional joint is kept in the position where the bypass hole is open, which can keep the fluid passage unblocked and facilitate running in.
When the plug is seated to the corresponding seated joint, it is advisable to move the joint to close the bypass hole and plug the oil pipe. At the time of recycling, the first desirable joint can be recycled by standard recycling tools.
When the pressure is balanced, the entire plug can be recycled so that the tubing is completely unblocked.
Supporting release tool: C-1 well feed tool supporting recovery tool: SB or JDC well feed recovery tool supporting recovery plunger: B-type plunger.
