Process introduction

The cable is connected with perforating gun and bridge plug that are pumped into the predetermined well depth. Ignite and set the bridge plug, and lift it up to the predetermined position for perforation. Pull out the perforating gun and bridge setting tool. Drop the ball to the bridge plug, block pressed layer, and perform fracturing operations on the layer. In the same way, according to the requirements of the running stages, the bridge plug, perforation, drop ball, and fracturing are run successively, and repeat process. After completing fracturing, the flowback test is performed, and the bridge plug is drilled out or the bridge plug is fully dissolved in the flowback fluid.

Technical Advantages
Precise fracturing .The perforation is used to achieve fixed-point initiation of fractures, and the location of fractures is precise. Volume fracturing can be achieved through multi-stage perforation, and the field application of shale gas horizontal wells is very common.
After fracturing, the wellbore is highly complete. The bridge plug has a larger channel or is composed of soluble and drillable materials. After fracturing, the wellbore is treated to leave a full-bore wellbore for subsequent operations and production.
It is less affected by the wellbore stability. The casing cementing is used for well completion, and the instability section of the wellbore has no effect on the reliability of the bridge plug setting, which is superior to the open-hole packer staged fracturing process.
Unlimited stages .By pumping into bridge plugs step by step for isolation, compared with multi-stage sliding sleeve pitching and steering, the stages is not limited, and infinite layer fracturing can be achieved.
