Model GDGL Production Packers are used on installations requiring premium production equipment for high temperatures and pressures. These wireline set millable packers are available for 4 1/2” through 11 3/4” casing. Used for oil production, water injection and other operations.
Can be set directly with cable setting tools or hydraulic setting tools.
Can be milled and drilled.
Ratchet lock ring maintains setting load for safe setting under pressure changes.
Floating metal support ring, three rubber cartridges with different hardness and ratchet lock ring form a reliable sealing system between the casing and seals.
Can withstand higher pressure, 7” and below specifications can withstand up to 52MPa (7500psi) differential pressure.
Bottom thread can connect plugs or other accessories.
The recommended operating temperature for conventional gum cover is within 148°C (300°F). For other working conditions, please consult GRIFCO.
