The Mechanical Stage Collar is used for staging cementing in straight well or deviated wells less than 30°, and circulation ports are opened by dropping a free-fall opening plug.

Simple structure and reliable performance.
Throw the gravity plug to open the circulation hole.
Anti-closing mechanism design to ensure that it will not be closed abnormally after opening.
Internal sliding sleeve mechanism, opening and closing the circulation hole is not affected by the environment outside the tube.
The circulation hole is closed permanently and will not be reopened during subsequent construction.
Opening and closing pressure can be adjusted on site.
The closing plug and setting seat adopt anti-rotation design, which is convenient for drilling cement plug.
After the plug is drilled, the diameter of the grading hoop shall not be less than the diameter of the casing.
