Product introduction

It is used to run into liner, hanger set and disconnect. The spring claws on the tool are locked into the matching groove inside the tie-back cylinder instead of thread fixed. It is allowed to lift, push down and rotate the liner during the liner run in hole. This tool is suitable for liner rotating down operations, such as deviated wells, horizontal wells or wellbore operations with stepped and unstable formations.

When the setting ball reaches the ball seat, it presses and starts the disconnect device, and the pipe string is in a compressed state, and the pin of the hydraulic cylinder is sheared and pushed upward to make the spring claw separate from the tieback cylinder. A variety of different hands-off pressures can be set to adapt to different applications and well conditions.

If the running tool cannot be released by hydraulic pressure, it can be released by a backup method. The alternate release method does not depend on pressure and is completely mechanical. According to the manual, turn left and press down the drill tool, then lift it up and run it into the pipe string to realize the disconnect.
