Logging motorhead assembly combines the function of cable anchor sub, quick connector, double flapper check valve, hydraulic disconnect and circulation valve.

The cable anchor sub is located at the top, which can be attached to the coiled tubing connector while anchoring the cable. The quick connector with good torque allows fast and simple connection, which saves time and improves security.  

Double flapper check valve is a high-integrity safety device designed to prevent fluid flow into the coiled tubing in the event of a failure or damage to the string or surface equipment.

Hydraulic disconnect is a rugged, high-strength tool used to disconnect coiled tubing from the string. In order to release the connector, the circulating pump rate will be increased to a predetermined level. An internal piston of different diameters under this internal pressure, the piston moves downward after the shear fastening of the shear screw.  

Circulation valve serves two functions: (1) The tool can be used in high pressure wells. (2) Adjustable maximum cycle closing control valve to conduct efficient operation of the connector.
