The GQD Permanent Seal Bore Production Packers are designed to be used in installations requiring equipment for high pressures, high temperatures, high volume production, injection or disposal. These tools may also be used in installations requiring a sump packer.
Sets securely in any hardness casing, including premium grades.
Ratchet lock rings secure dynamic setting force.
One piece packing element and metal back up rings combine for a superior seal.
Utilizes Baker style Anchor Latch, Snap Latch or Locator Seal system.
Utilizes Shear Pin Setting mechanism for easy set up and secure running.
High pressure rated temperatures to 400 F Degrees with Premium Seals.
One piece, full circle slips minimize casing damage.
Lower fittings are available in a variety of options for attaching ram plugs, seal extensions, milled extensions or tubing.
Can be set with cable, hydraulic or coiled tubing.
