Model GCS Retrievable Packers are used for a variety of well treating and producing operations including squeeze cementing, formation fracturing, acidizing and testing. These double-grip single-string packers have a full opening bore that allows unrestricted fluid flow and easy passage of wireline tools. They also include hydraulically actuated upper button type slips and a built in pressure relief unloader.
Sets securely in any hardness casing, including premium grades.
Reliable sealing system that can withstand upper and lower pressure differences during operation.
Ground Control Bypass and Pressure Balancing Valve.
Balanced piston structure enhances tool stability under pressure.
The slider-type device easily realizes setting and unsealing.
The lift-up oil pipe will first open the bypass valve to balance the pressure to ensure the safety of the unsealing operation.
Can withstand higher pressure, 7” and below specifications can withstand up to 70MPa (10000psi) differential pressure.
The recommended operating temperature for conventional gum cover is within 148°C (300°F), cartridges available up to 204°C (400°F).
