Model GWRB Wide Range Wireline Set Bridge Plugs are specially designed to run
through tubing or restricted pipe and set securely in larger tubing or casing below. These bridge plugs will set securely in any hardness casing. A ratchet lock ring stores the setting force in the plug. The three piece packing element and metal back up rings combine for a superior seal. The case hardened, one piece slips virtually eliminate premature setting, yet can be easily drilled out. They are available for1.610” through 5.044” setting range.
l Can be set directly with wireline setting tools or hydraulic setting tools.
l Can be milled and drilled.
l Ratchet lock ring maintains setting load for safe setting under pressure changes.
l Three rubber cartridges with different hardness and ratchet lock ring form a reliable sealing system between the casing and seals.
l Can be set in larger diameter tubing after passing through small diameter tubing.
l The recommended operating temperature for conventional gum cover is within 148°C (300°F). For other working conditions, please consult GRIFCO.
